LLM CFO is a managed AI cost optimization service. We audit your LLM spend, implement the optimizations that actually move the bill, and reconcile delivered savings against your raw provider invoices every month. That's the entire scope.

Why we exist

The first wave of generative-AI adoption is over. Engineering teams shipped features fast, picked the most capable models, and got back a bill that grew faster than usage. The second wave is reconciling that bill — without losing quality and without slowing the product team down. That's a specialist job. It's the only job we do.

How we work

• Operator-led, not sales-led. The person who reads your invoices is the person who writes the routing rules.
• Performance-based pricing. 15–25% of delivered monthly savings, measured against a locked baseline reconciled to raw provider invoices. No savings, no fee.
• Read-only by default. We don't touch production write paths. Every change is A/B tested for at least seven days against your baseline. Regressions auto-rollback.
• No multi-year lock-in. 30 days' notice. Your optimization configurations stay yours after the engagement ends.

Who we are

We're a small operator-led team. Backgrounds in production ML infra, FinOps, and platform engineering. We've spent the last two years inside other people's LLM bills.

We're early-stage. We don't have SOC 2 Type II yet — it's on the roadmap. We're transparent about what we have and don't have on the security page.

What we won't do

• We won't take an engagement where we can't honestly project material savings. The free audit tells us — and you — within two weeks.
• We won't recommend a model swap that fails your quality SLOs. Quality is non-negotiable; we walk away from "savings" that come with a regression.
• We won't sell you a SaaS dashboard. The Operator Console is a tool we use during engagements; it's not a product we license.
